01What does “bespoke” mean here?
Every piece is designed for one home and built from scratch in our shop - no catalog, no stock boxes.
Do you have a showroom?
We work by appointment from our Glendale workshop. Seeing the bench and finishes in person is the best introduction.

Process & Timeline
02How long does a commission take?
Most run three to six months from first drawing to final install, depending on scope and finish.
What do you need from me?
Drawings or measurements, finishes and inspiration, a timeline, and who the decision-makers are.
Do you install?
Yes - our own crew installs and scribes to the room, and coordinates with your trades.
Materials & Finishes
03Which woods do you work in?
Most often walnut, white oak, rift oak and alder - plus painted and lacquered work.
Can you match an existing floor or finish?
Yes. We finish on samples and tune color and sheen to the room before anything is sprayed.
Investment
04How is pricing determined?
Bespoke work is priced per commission. We give a clear estimate after the first conversation and drawings.
Is there a required budget to start?
No - we never gate an inquiry behind a budget field. Tell us the project and we’ll guide you.

05Do you produce shop drawings?
Yes - we turn your set into buildable shop drawings and hold to your details and tolerances.
Do you work from our drawings?
Often. We build to your set, or design the piece with you if there isn’t one yet.
